Day 1: Follow-Up Sprint

- Follow-up sprint (30 min): pairs directly follow up with classmates flagged as missing a quote or baby photo, updating the spreadsheet live.

Day 2: Review & Escalate
- Do Now (5 min).
- Review (15 min): as a class, review flagged issues (missing consent, or a submitted photo with a hand gesture other than a peace sign/thumbs-up).
- Escalate (10 min): route issues to the teacher appropriately -- never quietly print a flagged photo, and never quietly reject one without the teacher's sign-off either.
- Continued follow-up (10 min): keep working the list for any remaining gaps.
- Celebrate (5 min): recognize any section that reached full coverage.
